First Saturday's Racing in December

For the first Saturday in December, the weather promises to be fairly good for some Social Racing, 12 to 20 knots, with minimal gusting. Should be a good first sail for the uninitiated.

Check out Quiz 14 from UK-Halsey, and check who's in the right for the windward mark.

When we get out onto the water this week the intention is to have a figure of eight course, with two windward marks. So spend a bit of time before the race and see if you can get the best track for each windward mark.

So come down to the lake and have a go at three races: back to back, before an early finish and boats away in time for sundown, and tea.
